Keeping Families Connected

Welcome to the Keeping Families Connected podcast! We’re a Christ-centered ministry that helps families struggling with challenges that are dividing them. Whether you realize it or not, you and your family are targets in a spiritual and cultural battle. We’re here to equip you for that battle, strengthen your walk with the Lord, and to bring you scriptural truth, encouragement, healing and hope. We address issues like faith, marriage, divorce and how to protect your children. We help you identify spiritual and cultural threats and share biblical principles to overcome them. Would you like to gain valuable insight into yourself and those around you? Learn how to be a better person, spouse or parent? Are you willing to honestly assess your faith and then make changes to grow deeper in your relationship with God? If you’re serious about your faith this is the place to be. My name is Rick Nischalke. My wife Barbara and I are co-founders of this ministry. You can find out more about us at Keepingfamiliesconnected.com. If you’re a deeply committed Christian, you’ll love this podcast. If you’re not, prepare to discover a life filled with peace, strength and purpose. And to gain a life-changing understanding of God’s deep and unconditional love for you. As Christians, we’re called to reach others with Christ’s message of love and forgiveness. This world is getting darker and more dangerous every day. Just as He told us in His word that it would be. The battle is real. Time is short. Let’s make every moment count. What this world needs most is revival. A turning back to God. And that revival starts with you and me. There’s no political or legal solution to a spiritual problem. We believe that God has begun a powerful move of His Holy Spirit in and through His people. Regardless of where you’re at in your Christian Walk, our journey together will be amazing! Prepare to go deep. And don’t worry about falling asleep while you’re listening. Our podcasts might be controversial or challenging but never boring. 😊 So, subscribe to this podcast and let’s begin this journey together until our Lord and Savior returns or takes us home!

Why So Many Churches Avoid Teaching Prophecy

Prophecy holds a unique and powerful place within the Christian faith. Approximately one-third of Scripture contains prophetic teaching.

Far from being relegated to the margins of Scripture, prophecy is a golden thread that ties together the past, present, and future, forming an essential foundation of Christian hope.

In fact, the very promise of our forgiveness in Christ and living in eternity with God in heaven is all based upon a promise and prophesy of God Himself. Our entire faith is based upon His promises for those that love and follow Him.

If that is true, why do so many churches avoid teaching eschatology (end times prophecies)?

Why Knowing Bible Prophecy is Essential to Your Faith

In Today’s podcast we’ll discuss why knowing and understanding bible prophecy is important to every believer.

Prophecy holds a unique and powerful place within the Christian faith, serving not as a peripheral or obscure aspect, but as truth woven deeply throughout the biblical message.

Approximately one-third of Scripture contains prophetic teaching. From Genesis to Revelation, God repeatedly reveals His plans for the future. The biblical story moves toward a climactic conclusion in which Christ returns, judges evil, and establishes His kingdom.

Why Does God Instruct Believers to Gather Together and Live in Community?

Some believers question that since we can pray and talk with God from anywhere, what difference does it make if we attend church or not?

First, we should determine whether it’s God’s word that instructs believers to gather, or it’s just a “church thing” that some pastor came up with.

And if God does tell us to gather together, does He share the reasons why?

We think you’ll find the answers to these questions and their implications for your life valuable and fascinating, with perspectives you may not have considered.
